Halley House is conveniently located in Congress Heights, a residential neighborhood in Southeast DC. The Congress Heights neighborhood maintains a sense of community among its residents and it is an easy commute to Downtown DC. You can’t get much better than that.

While most daily errands require a vehicle, utilizing public transportation from Halley House is an easy alternative. The Congress Heights Green Line Metro Station is 1.2 miles away and there are multiple bus lines right outside our doors. Additionally, Halley House is located just off of I-295, so commuting by personal vehicle is a breeze. 

The Shops at Park Village are a quick walk or drive away, giving Halley House residents easy access to a grocery store, dry cleaner, restaurant options, a bank, and more.
